Samba App Privacy Policy

To delete your account on Samba App, go to settings on the home page and then click delete account. This will delete all data from your account. You can also write to us at kontakt@sambaapp.se, the email must include your username, how many hints you currently have, ios or android and that you want us to delete your account permanently. If you delete your account on Samba App, you cannot get your account back, but you can choose to make a new account. If you permanently delete your account on Samba App, any hints and ad-free will be removed.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

  • Username: You choose a username when creating an account
  • Date of Birth: Used to verify that you are at least 13 years old
  • Game Data: Your progress, level, score, and achievements
  • Hints Information: Number of purchased and used hints

  • Timestamps: Last active time and account creation date
  • Ad-Free Status: Whether you have purchased ad-free mode
  • Local Data: Language and regional settings (used for currency display)
  • Crash Reports: Technical information in the event of app crashes

1.3 Information from Third Parties

  • Apple/Google: Purchase information from the App Store / Google Play
  • Google AdMob: Advertising data and user interactions with ads
  • Firebase: Backend data for player profiles, leaderboards, and user authentication

1.4 Public Data

  • Leaderboard: Your username and score are displayed on the global leaderboard and visible to all App users
  • Referral Data: Information about your referral invitations is stored to calculate bonuses

1.5 Age Requirements

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Samba App.
  • Users under the age of 16 in certain countries (including Germany, the Netherlands, France, Spain, and Italy) may require parental or guardian consent to use this app. By using this app, you confirm that you have obtained such consent where required by law. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at kontakt@sambaapp.se and write the username it’s about, and we will delete the account and the data.

2. LOCAL DETECTION AND LANGUAGE SETTINGS

2.1 How We Use Local Data

We use your device’s regional settings (NOT GPS or precise location) to:

  • Display prices in your local currency
  • Adapt language and content
  • Comply with local tax regulations

2.2 No GPS Tracking

We do NOT collect your precise geographic location via GPS. We only use the language and regional settings configured on your device. We do NOT store this information.
